"Ponyclub Tartiflette gaat er echter met de hoofdprijs vandoor. De ‘free punk’ van dit Amsterdamse duo is chaotisch, knotsgek, noisy en freaky. Alles mag, alles kan en een rempedaal is afwezig. De muziek schiet alle kanten op, de gitaar maakt weirde capriolen, de vocalen zijn in your face en de drums komen rechtstreeks uit de garage. Het tweetal doet ook aan elektronische ontregeling, maar eigenlijk is de muziek een en al ontregeling. Toch klopt het als een bus.
